About Me
I believe that being a positive example in life in general
can create a domino effect, which can contribute to
positive outcomes. My lifestyle consists of outdoor
activities, healthy eating, yoga, reading and practicing
positive mindfulness. I believe that life is about growth,
adaption and change.
My life’s work and passion has been to support others through life’s struggles, confusion and challenges with compassion and empathy. I use a client centered, cognitive behavioral approach. I will work with you to develop a plan that supports your personal growth and helps you adapt to
life's situations.
I have the experience and knowledge to confidently support you in your journey toward better health in body,
mind and spirit.
